So I made truffles last weekend for Valentine's Day.
So I didn't think of taking pictures until like halfway through the whole process.

Here, the chocolate, cream, and butter have already been mixed together and cooled, and I just scooped them out and plopped them onto pans.

Ooohhhh yeeeaahh! Clumpy piles of chocolate.

Okay, so maybe I took a bunch of pictures of the same thing...

I bet I could've scraped one more chocolate ball out from this bowl.

So I have cocoa powder there to roll the balls into. But then I had the bright idea to mix confectionary sugar with red food coloring.

It took a loooooooot of food coloring and mixing to make the sugar actually look red.

I roped my brother into assembling little candy boxes for me :D

Here they are all powdered and pretty and dolled up.

As you can see, I was quite biased.

My mess.

Pretty pretty boxes!
All in all, a fun experience. I'd definitely do it again... in fact, I still have a bag of dark chocolate left. Hmmm...
